How to move photos from iPhone to PC

 The problem
 Yestoday, I delete the photo of my girl friend from my PC hard disk by mistake, you know, the photo is very important for me. I have to recover the photo from my hard disk. I try to do it, but i failed. Luckily, i have the photo on my iPhone, but i can't move the picture on the iPhone onto my computer. how can i move the photo from iPhone to PC? any help will be apprecaited!

Things you need
Computer with Windows Vista, 2003 or XP OS.
Download the iPod to computer transfer and install it to PC.
STEP 1: Launch the Transfer and connect the iPhone to your computer.
